Jadugora, Feb 23: Durga Prasad Murmu of Jadugora received Sangeet Natak Akademi Award 2021. He hails from Rajdoha village of Potka block in East Singhbhum. He said the Award was dedicated to the Adivasis of the state. He said his dream had come true through this Award.
“I will continue the work of training, preservation, enrichment and development of Adivasi culture. Adivasis will be protected only if their culture is protected,” said Murmu. (w-at)
