Driver killed as vehicle collides with tree near Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 16: Tragedy struck on Tuesday morning when a high-speed vehicle collided with a tree near Bhurkuri under the jurisdiction of Rajnagar police station in the Seraikela Kharsawan district. The driver of the Hywa vehicle identified as Madhu Soy, sustained severe injuries in the accident. He was rushed to MGM Hospital for immediate medical attention but, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries during treatment in the afternoon. Madhu hailed from Somay Jhopdi of Baghbeda.

The body of the deceased has been transferred to the hospital’s mortuary. According to relatives of the deceased, Madhu Soy was en route to Rungta Mines to load goods onto the hywa when the accident occurred. Tragically, his vehicle collided with a tree near Bhurkuri, resulting in critical injuries. Upon receiving information about the incident, local authorities promptly arrived at the scene. Madhu Soy was initially taken to a nearby hospital for initial treatment. However, due to the seriousness of his condition, he was subsequently referred to MGM Hospital, where he tragically passed away while undergoing treatment.
