Kolkata, April 15: The birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was commemorated at the South Eastern Railway Headquarters in Garden Reach with a solemn ceremony. Led by Anil Kumar Mishra, General Manager, South Eastern Railway, the event included garlanding of the portrait of Dr. Ambedkar as a mark of respect to the eminent visionary. A.K Dubey, Additional General Manager, along with Dr. Mahua Verma, Principal Chief Personnel Officer, and other department heads, joined senior officers and staff members in paying homage. Floral tributes were offered by officers, staff, and representatives of SC/ST communities and various associations in honor of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, hailed as the father of the Indian Constitution.
