Jadugoda: Former MP of Jamshedpur and national spokesperson of Congress Dr Ajay Kumar today visited Jadugoda as part of a tour of rural areas of the district.
He met workers and leaders of different labour unions working in Jadugoda. Kumar was welcomed by local Congress leaders and members of Jadugoda Labour Union.
He inquired about the present condition of workers employed in various companies including the Uranium Corporation of India Limited and asked about their demands and current issues.
Local Congress member Amit Sardar and general secretary of Jadugoda Labour Union Sunil Behera informed Kumar about the various demands of workers. Kumar assured to take up the issues at the right platform at the right time.
