Jamshedpur : A delegation of local people handed over a memorandum to SDO demanding removing encroachment of roads near Kapali.
Villagers complained on the way encroachment has taken place. The delegation memorandum Md Jakir, MdGufran , Abdul Siddique , Sagir , Asruddin Ansari were present.
