Seraikela: The deputy commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan Hansraj Singh and superintendent of police Madan Mohan Lal visited district Civil and Sessions Court premises on Wednesday to take stock of security arrangements.
The DC expressed concern over the absence of boundary wall on one side of the court premises. Sources said a security review is being done by the district administration in view of the recent gangwar at Jamshedpur Civil Court.
Three assailants made an abortive attempt to kill murder case convict Akhilesh Singh on the court premises on Saturday last. Security has been beefed up at Jamshedpur Civil Court after the incident.
