Seraikela: As many as 700 government staff would be pressed into service for conducting the Adityapur Nagar Parishad elections in Seraikela-Kharsawan. This was informed here on Monday by the Deputy Commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan Chhavi Ranjan who reviewed preparations for the upcoming municipal body polls. He directed his subordinates to ensure completion of all pending works including raising of basic infrastructure for ensuring smooth conduct of the polls. He said a reserve of 100 government staff would be kept to replace ailing or �incapacitated� staff. Very soon training would be given to all staff for poll duty, he said.
