Dalai Lama to Grace Bodhgaya with Month-long Spiritual Sojourn in December

Bodhgaya: As the sacred Mahabodhi Temple draws a multitude of tourists from both India and abroad, preparations are underway for a series of pujas scheduled until February. Enthusiastic Buddhist devotees from approximately 40 nations are anticipated to partake in these religious ceremonies. An annual highlight of these gatherings is the presence of the revered Buddhist spiritual leader, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, who is expected to arrive in Bodhgaya on the 18th of December.

During his month-long stay, the Dalai Lama will actively participate in various pujas, offering spiritual guidance to the faithful. One of the key highlights of his visit includes a three-day discourse at Bodhgaya Kalachakra Maidan, where he is set to impart profound spiritual knowledge. The event is expected to draw an impressive attendance, with estimates reaching 50 to 60 thousand devotees.
