Potka: A computer lab was inaugurated at Upgraded Middle School, Tangrain, in Potka on Monday jointly by social worker Bailey Bodhanwala and Rubina Bodhanwala. Ten computers were given to the school under Tarapore Young Leaders Fellowship.
Addressing the gathering, the chief guest Bailey Bodhanwala said getting quality education is the right of every individual. He said hard work and sincere efforts were the ingredients to make every dream come true. He praised the school authorities for their excellent performance and upkeep of the school.
Rubina Bodhanwala praised the school teachers for their dedication and promised to give shoes to all the kids. She motivated the children to attend school regularly.
Amy Billimoria, Principal of Tarapore School, Agrico, said the computer lab was a gift to the students under the fellowship. She said Tarapore School, Agrico, will continuously put in efforts to upgrade the school.
She said an interactive session with Tarapore School students would be held for students of the government school.
The programme was conducted by the school Principal Arbind Tiwary. Bailey Bodhanwala also gave a projector to Tiwary during the programme.
Tina Bodhanwala Sood, Coordinator of Tarapore School, Agrico, was also present during the event.
