Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today announced regularization of 202 contract doctors of the state.
He said the long pending demand of the contract doctors of the state had now been fulfilled by the state government. He said the government had honestly kept its promise.
He said the doctors should dispose their duties with sincerity and give their best. He said the doctors should keep alive the values of their noble profession.
He was speaking during a programme organized at Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) auditorium after handing appointment letters to the contract doctors.
He said the people of remote rural areas were still dependent on traditional methods of treatment. The CM said the health sector was a key sector for the development of the state.
He said the health facilities should improve and doctors could help the government in this mission.
