Jamshedpur, May 12: Passengers at Tatanagar railway station encountered difficulties as the LCD screens installed on the platforms remained non-functional. The absence of vital information regarding train arrivals, departures, platform allocations, and delays left commuters without crucial updates.

Concerned about the inconvenience faced by passengers, inquiries were made to the railway station director regarding the situation. However, the director expressed unawareness of the issue and affirmed that the LCD screens should remain operational at all times. Assuring action, the director pledged to address the matter promptly to ensure the resumption of information services for passengers.
