Ranchi: Charges were framed against Bharatiya Janata Party MLA CP Singh, former MP Yadunath Pandey and others in connection with the case of stopping train during the countrywide bandh called by BJP in the year 2005.
CP Singh said the party had called the bandh in the year 2005 against the terrorist attack in Ayodhya in the same year.
Many party leaders including CP Singh were accused of stopping Shatabdi Express in Ranchi. Charges have been framed in the railway court against the BJP leaders.
