Jamshedpur: Central Board for Workers Education (CBWE), regional directorate, Jamshedpurorganized a one day seminar on ‘Success Mantra for Service Excellence’ at Electric Loco Training Centre (ELTC), Tatanagar, on today. Alarge number of railway employees participated in the seminar and benefitted from it.
The chief guest of the seminar was Pankaj Gupta, chief electrical engineer, SE Railway Headquarters, Garden Reach, Kolkata. The special guest of the programme was Pashupati Nath Sah, education officerCBWE.
The guests were welcomed by Amulya Kumar Pushti, principal of ELTC. Addressing the gathering, Gupta said the Indian railway was a part of the daily life of 121 crore Indians in the country. He said the railway locomotive drivers needed to provide service with a peaceful mind and in a stress-free environment.
Also addressing the gathering, Pashupati Nath Sah said the railway employees should follow the slogan ‘service with dignity for rendering quality services.
