Jamshedpur, Jan. 23: Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Jharkhand Start Up Panel in association with YI Jharkhand is organising a Start-up Conclave : Think New , Invest in Future on February 1 at Centre for Excellence. The session is aimed to be an informative cum networking event for aspiring, upcoming and established entrepreneurs.
Krishna Kharia, president of CII Yi, Jharkhand said that the Indian government�s push towards creating a conducive Start-up environment in the country, is evident is the increasing number of Start-ups in the past few years. From Start-up India, Standup India to the vision of a Digital India, the government has been building the right gateway for Indian start-ups to succeed. Jharkhand Government�s efforts on ease of doing business policies, With better taxation policies, easier methods to start up and greater access to loans, start-ups have had great support from the state government .
Vishal Agarwalla of CII informed that the start-up conclave will have Incubators/Accelerators (I/As), angel investors and venture funds who play an important role by providing mentorship, nurturing ideas, providing technical support and generating funds. The conference will include learning , speed-networking and pitching sessions. Angel Investors and Successful Start-ups form all over the country will be present for the programme.
Angel Fund Investors and Venture capitalist include Ravi Ranjan , former head of Nasscom�s Ten Thousand Initiative, Balasubramaniam co founder MyEquitee Chaanakya Associates and Mainak Bhattacharya, COO Kolkata Angels to name a few.
