Caste Certificates to be issued by Sept 30

Gamharia, Sept 10: Caste Certificates will be issued to 25, 122 children belonging to the ST, SC and OBC communities by September 30 in the Block. Circle Officer (CO) Manoj Kumar chaired a meeting at the Block auditorium on Saturday to review the process of making Caste Certificates on a war footing in the light of government directives of completing the target set within a stipulated timeframe. BEEO Subrata Mahto, CSC District Coordinator, BRP, CRP, Pragya Center Operators were present during the meeting.  CO Manoj Kumar said that instructions had been given through schools to make Caste Certificate of students between classes 1 and 12. All CRP-BRPs were instructed to take the Caste Certificate applications from schools and submit them to the Pragya Kendra by September 15. The Pragya Kendra was directed to scrutinize all the applications without delay any delay in implementation. The instructions included that the Caste Certificates were to be issued between September 15 and 30. The figures, that were stated during the meeting included 12,885 OBC students, 2,520 SC and 9,657 in ST category in the entire Block. The Pragya Centre operators present in the meeting included JSS Dayanand Prasad, Srinivas Sathpathy, Amresh Kumar and Rukmini Kumari.
