Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Chetna Vikas Andolan members held a meeting on Sunday to discuss the problem related to the issuance of caste certificate by the district administration.
They said the lack of any clear instruction from the state government to the administrative officials of the district was causing problems to the people, especially students, in getting caste certificate from the authorities concerned.
