Jamshedpur: Young golfer Taksh Pandey brought pride to the Steel City by winning the Patna Junior Masters Golf Cup 2026. The tournament, held at the Patna Golf Club from April 18 to 19, served as the second leg of the IGU East Zone Junior Feeder Tour.
Dominance on the Green
Despite challenging weather, Taksh showcased remarkable technique and consistency to secure the top position in the C Boys category. He outperformed more than 30 junior golfers who gathered for the intense two-day contest. While Taksh claimed the title, Dhruv D. Patodia finished as the runner-up and Pralaksh Praleya took third place.
School and Family Celebrate
Taksh, a Class VII student at Loyola School, Bistupur, has earned high praise from his institution. Principal Father Vinod Fernandes SJ congratulated the young champion and extended his best wishes for Taksh’s future golfing career.
