Jamshedpur, March 15: Teachers of Motilal Nehru Public School ( MNPS) were exposed to a day-long training programme held this morning on the theme ‘Adolescent Behaviour Management.’ A total of 60 teachers participated in it.
The resource person, the renowned Salony Priya from UMMEED Foundation, Kolkata , very effectively approached the topic by way of hands-on exercises for teachers. Salony Priya dealt with life skills and helped faculty understand how to cope, adapt , accept , believe and change.
She focused on the new normal , an outcome of post covid changes and urged teachers to be empathetic, and understand the psyche of the child. The NEP 2020 she said, is in line with the new challenges being faced in education.
The staff at MNPS were active participants and look forward to building an empowered community of learners.
