Gamharia: Buniyad 2013 was inaugurated at Abhyas Girls Middle School, Gamharia, on the occasion of National Education Day by the block education expansion officer Chitrarekha Devi on Tuedsay.
She said the programme was organized to mark the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first education minister of the country.
She said the programme aimed at ensuring education for all children and instilling basic literacy and mathematical skills in them.
