Jamshedpur, July 4: After a can bomb weighing about 20 Kgs was found behind the boundary wall of Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Shantinagar under Adityapur police station area on Monday morning, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Navin Das was arrested by the police.
Locals of the area came out in protest against the arrest of JMM leader, on Tuesday.
Busti residents say that Navin Das is innocent but the police is trying to trap him. On the occasion Santoshi Das, wife of arrested Navin Das, said, ‘My husband is being framed under a conspiracy as he has nothing to do with the can bomb found on Monday’. She said that soon we will meet DC and SP of Seraikela district and would demand justice for my husband.
