BJP stunned by immense public support to Rahul’s Bharat Jodo Yatra: YC

Jamshedpur, Dec 28: The 138th Foundation Day of the Indian National Congress was celebrated on Wednesday, December 28. State Congress General Secretary, Rakesh Sahu led Congress members to Sakchi Ambagan Maidan and garlanded the statue of former party President Subhas Chandra Bose. Sweets were distributed among citizens at the venue.

Jharkhand state Youth Congress General Secretary, Rakesh Sahu, while speaking on the occasion, observed, “The Congress has being ceaselessly trying to unite the country and the organization. The cause for national unity received a tremendous boost with the Bharat Jodo Yatra undertaken by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi that covered 3,500 kilometers on foot across the country. The immense public support to the Yatra was historic. The wide public support that the Bharat Jodo evoked has caused insomnia in the BJP quarters.”

Rakesh stated that it is our drive to make the public welfare schemes of the state government accessible to the common people thereby making these schemes and the benefits more accessible to them.

Congress State General Secretary, Parvinder Singh said that Congress had always worked to as the voice of Dalits and the other exploited classes. He said that Congress was such a party that always provided opportunities to enhance the talents of people.

Other Congress leaders and workers who were present on the occasion included Paritosh Singh, Prince Singh, Nilesh Kumar, Satyam Singh, Pawan Tiwari, Prashant Chowdhary, Parvez Alam, Shivnandan Singh, Shibu Pradhan, Kaushal Pradhan, Vinod Singh, Sunny Yadav, Gopal Dubey, Ghanshyam Mahato and others.
