Jamshedpur, May 17: BJP delegation led by city president, Gunjan Yadav on Monday met East Singhbhum SSP M Tamil Vanan sought information on the action taken by the administration on the misbehaviour of state health minister Banna Gupta’s office in-charge Sanjay Tiwari at New Farm Area, Kadma vaccination centre.

The delegation also submitted a letter demanding arrest of Sanjay Tiwari.  The letter states as per administration order the vaccination for those aged above 45 years was being carried out at the community centre and all of a sudden Sanjay Tiwari arrived at the site and started creating pressure to start vaccination for those aged between 18 years and 44 years. When the staff at the centre cited rules, Sanjay Tiwari forcibly arranged vaccination for nearly 35 persons aged between 18 years and 44 years against the norm and placed his signature on the authorised signature space in the government register.

The letter states that Sanjay Tiwari also misbehaved with the health staff and also assaulted them and did not spare the executve magistrate Chandradev Prasad and alleged that by assaulting and misbehaving with health workers, Sanjay Tiwari has shamed humanity and asked for strict action. They also claimed that on the basis of sttatement by the executive magistrate a case has been lodged uner section 353 of IPC which is a non-bailable office for obstructing a government servant from discharging duties and still then the concerned persons has not been arrested.
