Jamshedpur, May 10: To overcome the drinking water issues in the region, administrative officials along with BJP leaders are working to ensure every person gets access to drinking water facility.
On the initiative of BJP leader Dinesh Kumar, BJP Golmuri division, with the support of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) helped repair out-of-order hand pumps in Harijan basti, Cable Town, Utkal Samaj, Golmuri, Ramdev Bagan, Church Line area and New DS Flat.
Around dozen of hand pumps, which were faulty for more than months, were repaired. Present at the event was Probir Chatterjee, Rana, Bunty Agarwal, Ashok Samta, Amarjeet Singh Raja, Kapil Kumar, Gurucharan Mukhi, and Motilal along with JNAC officials.
