Jamshedpur, September 22: Employees of Beldih Club will receive a 17% annual bonus following an agreement signed between the club management and the Canteen Hotel Restaurant Employees Union, Jamshedpur. The bonus will be credited to employees’ bank accounts soon.
The amount will vary based on the employee’s category and length of service, with the maximum bonus payout at Rs 51,481 and the minimum at Rs 25,860.
The bonus agreement was signed on Sunday by representatives from both sides. On behalf of Beldih Club management, DB Sundara Ramam, Secretary Varun Bajaj, Joint Secretary Ajay Lahari, Vishal Agarwal, and Ramnarayan Tiwari signed the document.
Representing the Canteen Hotel Restaurant Employees Union, President Rakeshwar Pandey, Vice President BK Dinda, General Secretary Dadan Singh, and employee representatives SK Zulfikar Ali , Siddharth Shankar Das, Ajit Singh, Executive Member Amitabh Bakshi, and Rituraj Sinha signed the agreement.
The deal ensures timely distribution of the bonus and reinforces the collaborative approach between the management and the employees’ union.
