Jamshedpur : Abdul Bari Memorial College ( ABM ) NCC officer Dr BB Bhuiyan has been awarded the rank of captain .
He held the rank at 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC ( NCC promotion ceremony ) from Commanding Officer Col. Dr. RK Sharma and SB Tiwari principal of ABM College.
