Art Exhibition inaugurated at Jamshedpur Bengal Club

Jamshedpur, December 30: A two-day art exhibition organized by renowned artist Manik Shaw’s Art Point began at the Bengal Club in Sakchi. The exhibition, which showcases over 150 artworks by more than 100 students, was inaugurated by social worker Purvi Ghosh, eminent artist LI Singh, sculptor Shubhendu Biswas, and famous artists Biplab Roy and Anupam Pal, who jointly lit the ceremonial lamp.

In her address, Purvi Ghosh highlighted the creativity of the students and their unique styles, calling the exhibition a memorable experience for art lovers. She emphasized the importance of such events in providing a platform for emerging artists and raising awareness about art among the public.

The exhibition is open to all from 10 AM to 7 PM and aims to celebrate and promote local talent. Among the works on display, a portrait of Purvi Ghosh, painted by Rudranil Patra, a student of Art Point and a 10th grader at RKMS, stood out for its remarkable detail and expression.
