Ranchi, November 13: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Ulihatu, the village of Lord Birsa Munda on Tribal Pride Day (15 November).
Before PM Modi’s arrival, Union minister for Tribal Affairs Arjun Munda reached Khunti and took stock of the preparations in view of PM Modi’s Khunti visit.
He inspected the football stadium at Birsa College, the venue of the meeting, and the helipad under construction at Anigada.
Guidelines were also given regarding security arrangements and other preparations.
Jharkhand Pradesh BJP president Babulal Marandi had also gone to Khunti. He had taken stock of the preparations for the PM’s programme..
Prime Minister will visit the Freedom Fighters Museum on November 15. On the birth anniversary of Prime Minister Birsa Munda (November 15), PM Modi will visit the Lord Birsa Munda Memorial Park-cum-Freedom Fighters Museum located at Jail More in the morning.
After visiting the museum here, PM Modi will go to Birsa Munda Airport Ranchi. From here we will reach Anigara in Khunti by helicopter, he would ll go to Ulihatu, the birthplace of Lord Birsa Munda. He is also scheduled to meet the descendants of Birsa.
