Jamshedpur, August 28: Tarapore School organized the Annual Appreciation Night – 2021-’22 after a hiatus of two years because of the prevailing COVID-19 conditions during that phase.
The Appreciation Night is an annual event at the Tarapore School that is hosted to felicitate students who perform commendably in their ISC and ICSE board levels. These recognitions further encourage the students to enhance their academic performances as they move forward.
Students who achieved more than 8o percent marks in the academic year 2021-‘22 in their board examinations were felicitated with plaques. Students who scored subject-wise highest marks were presented certificates and trophies.
At the ICSE level, Saksham Srivastava bagged the Highest Achiever Award for Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English. Aarushi Ranjan was awarded for her scoring highest marks in Computer Applications, History and Civics. Other awardees included Adarsh Kumar (Computer Applications and Mathematics), Faizan Ghani (Hindi, Biology and Chemistry) and Trishala Singh (Computer Applications and English).
Other award winners were Jasmeet (Highest marks in Economic Applications), Arpita Sai (Computer Applications), Rakshit (Mathematics), Dolly Namta and Aditi Mishra (Biology), Krish Gupta (Hindi) and Shrideep Paul (English). The Highest Achiever Awards went to Raunak Pandey, Vidhi Kumari and Sheik Hammad.
At the ISC level the awards of recognition went to Anirudh Kuila (highest score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), Muskan Goyal (Economics and Commerce), Argho Sarkar (English) and Ayush Jha (Hindi). The Computer Science Highest Score Awardees were Mosanefa Khan and Rashmeet Kaur. The Biology award was shared by Madiha Parween and Zara Farheen while Pranjal was awarded for scoring highest marks in Economics and Kushal Doshi for Commerce.
Along with rewarding the students for getting the highest for each subject,the ‘All Rounder of the Year’ award was awarded to Honey Paul. and the ‘People for Change Award for Sustainable Improvement’ was given to Pranjal for her perseverance and determination to improve. The programme ended with a sweet celebratory note by the Principal Ms. IshitaDey boosting the morale of the students for the life ahead.
