Jamshedpur: The Association of British Scholars (Jamshedpur chapter) held its Annual General Body meeting , marking the end of a year and reinforcing the annual plans for the upcoming year.
President Jagan Santra and Secretary Ashu Tiwary along with Treasurer Priti Sinha addressed the tight-lipped scholars.
The organisation has been working at strengthening UK India ties while fostering teamwork and collaborative engagement. The journey of ABS in the past has been one of collaborative initiatives , providing enriching experiences for all stakeholders in society.
As part of a strong network of professionals who share strong academic and cultural ties with the UK, the Jamshedpur chapter has sustained the spirit and objectives of the association in Jamshedpur.
A variety of literary, educational, social and health awareness programmes have been held under the ABS banner .
The chapter members look forward to the UK India alumni network planned next month wherein the British High Commissioner is expected to visit the city.
