Ranchi, Jan. 8: Principal Secretary Finance Amit Khare said that the govt. is committed for the implementation of schemes and Rs. 27,993.20 cr has been expensed in Planned and non-planned schemes between April 2015 and December 2015.
It is 50.44% of the annual budget. He said that Rs. 15,258.36 cr which is 49.33% of total planned budget and Rs. 12,734.84 cr which is 54.52% of the non planned budget has been expensed.
Mr. Khare said that the expenditure on schemes has been sped up & the expenditure of this financial year is around twice the amount of last year expenditure.
Comparing the expenditure of this financial year with the last one, Mr. Khare said that 49.33% expense of Rs. 30,931.40 is more than double of 42.14 % expense of 19,480cr last year.
He said that different departments collected 9998.21cr revenue by December and the growth rate is 21.62% & the dept. is endeavoring to increase it.
