Baharagora: A free mega health camp was organized in Baharagora by the local MLA Kunal Sarangi on Thursday. Around 800 people turned up at the camp and benefitted from free consultation facility.
In his inaugural speech, Sarangi said the residents of Baharagora were largely dependent on the neighbouring state of Odisha for medical facilities as there was a total lack of government healthcare in their own state.
He said the state government should take serious note of the health and other issues related to civic amenities and do something to resolve them in time. He thanked the team of doctors for serving the patients for free.
Among those present on the occasion included Dr Bini Sarangi, Bhuvneshwari Sarangi and Dr Shraddha Sarangi.
