77th Saastha Preeti celebrations conclude at Sri Dharma Sastha Temple

Jamshedpur:  The 77th Dharma Saastha Preeti Celebrations at Sri Dharma Sastha Temple, Kharkhai Link, Bistupur, concluded successfully after two days of religious rituals and prayers. On the final day, the event commenced with a Maha Ganapathi Havan, followed by the installation of 16 Kalash by visiting Vedic scholars. They performed Mahanyasa Purvaka Ekadasha Rudra Poornabhishek for Sri Dharma Saastha and Ekadasha Rudrabhishek for Sri Maha Ganapathi and Sri Karthik.

The rituals were led by P N Sankaran, Chairman of the Temple, under the guidance of Chief Priest Vijay Bhanu. Thousands of devotees participated, receiving prasad after the Maha Arati. Members of Acharya Bhakta Sabha, a South Indian classical bhajan group, performed devotional songs in praise of Sri Dharma Saastha and other deities.

Hon’ble MLA of Jamshedpur East, Saryu Roy, visited the temple and was honored by P N Sankaran. Several dignitaries, including N Rammurthy (Working President), K G P Nair, Sri Ramesh Kumar Agarwal (Vice Presidents), B Subramanian (Secretary) and other committee members, contributed to the smooth organization of the event.
