Jamshedpur: The renowned literary organization Surabhi is set to host the 25th All India Hasya Kavi Sammelan on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Ravindra Bhawan, Tagore Society, Sakchi. The much-anticipated event will begin at 5:00 PM, bringing together some of the most celebrated humor and satire poets.
Chairman of Surabhi, Govind Dodrajka (Agarwal), announced that the chief guests for the event will be Harivansh, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, and Arjun Munda, former Union Minister, Government of India.
Continuing its legacy of entertaining poetry lovers on Holi, Surabhi has invited a stellar lineup of poets known for their humor, satire, and insightful social commentary. The featured poets include: Sudeep Bhola (Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh),Vineet Chauhan (Alwar, Rajasthan), Ramesh Vishvahar (Raipur), Hemant Pandey (Kanpur), Buddhi Prakash Dadhich (Kekdi, Rajasthan) AND Manu Vaishali (Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh)
Founder President Govind Dodrajka highlighted that Surabhi has been organizing this grand literary gathering for the past 24 years, making it a much-awaited tradition among poetry lovers in the city. Organizing member Chandra Deo Singh “Rakesh” urged poetry enthusiasts to attend the event, as Holi being a holiday allows everyone to enjoy this cultural extravaganza.
