Potka: One Shankar Puran, resident of Poradih village under Potka block, was seriously injured in a road accident on the Hata-Tata main road on Monday.
He was taken to Tata Main Hospital. Sources said the mishap occurred in the morning when a heavy vehicle knocked down the victim�s moped at high speed near Turi village.
Highway patrol team of district police rushed the victim to hospital with the help of villagers.
