Potka: Police here on Monday arrested Vishnupad Munda, accused of murdering his nephew Mangla Munda following a land dispute last in Gwalkanta panchayat Saturday night, from his village.
The accused had beaten his nephew to death with a lathi after a heated debate over the issue of ownership of land.
The officer in-charge of Potka PS Arvind Yadav said the accused had fled his house after the incident, but later returned to his village when he was caught by police.
