Youth congress meet focus on strengthening party base

Jamshedpur, Nov. 13: Members of Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Yuva Congress Committee on Sunday held a meeting with focus on strengthening the party base in Jharkhand by adding more and more youths to the organisation and also discussed about the upcoming youth congress election.

The meeting held at Avadh Tower in Sidhgora saw secretary of state congress Sanjeev Srivastav present as the guest.

The meeting was presided over by vice-president of Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Yuva Congress, Rakesh Sahu. Addressing the gathering, Rakesh Sahu said, today people talk about corruption but the biggest corruption lies in the political system.

He further said, if we don’t change the political system, its very difficult to fight the corruption in our country.

‘We must bring in youths to fight corruption who can fight for the poor, stand against corruption and listen to issues of people by visiting villages’, added Sahu.

On the occasion Ashish Mukhi, Sunil Prasad, Shambhu Singh, Kala Kanu Mukhi, Sonu Yadav, Kamlesh Sao, Manoj Sao, Anis Kumar, Shrawan Sao, Dheeraj Singh, Pintu Srivastav, Sunil Srivastav and others were present.
