Jamshedpur : Youth Congress activists today burnt effigy of the principal of Jamshedpur Women�s College Sumita Mukherjee.
The activists alleged that the principal had beaten up a student leader Nalini Sinha recently and was also involved in admission scams.
The activists also demanded a probe into the alleged role of the principal in scam related to B.Ed admissions. They said the principal should be immediately removed from her post.
The accused principal has been rubbishing the allegations against her as baseless and motivated.
