Jamshedpur, July 20: Yi Jamshedpur, in collaboration with the Tata Steel UISL Safety Department, organized a vital session entitled “Farishte First Hand Responder Training” along with a “Farishte Awareness Session” to promote road safety and emergency responsiveness.

The session was led by Civil Defence Trainer Daya Shankar Mishra, who conducted a hands-on training session on CPR techniques and educated participants about the Good Samaritan Law, which legally protects individuals who assist accident victims.

A total of 82 Tata Steel UISL employees participated in the training, learning critical life-saving first aid skills needed during the Golden Hour—the crucial first hour following a road accident.

This initiative demonstrated Yi Jamshedpur’s commitment to enhancing public awareness, safety, and civic responsibility. The organization planned to continue hosting such community welfare programs to empower citizens with life-saving knowledge and encourage timely action in emergencies.
