New Delhi: XLRI Delhi-NCR successfully concluded VerteX 2026, its flagship CXO Conclave, bringing together top industry leaders to reflect on leadership, disruption, and market transformation over the past five years.
Organised by the Students’ Team of Xplore: CXO Club, the two-day summit revolved around the theme:
“The Five-Year Mosaic (2020–2025)”
The conclave examined systemic leadership, irreversible decisions, AI-led transitions, and structural shifts that have reshaped organisations since 2020.
Leadership in the Age of Disruption
The event opened with an address by Dr. Munish Thakur, Dean (Academics), XLRI Delhi-NCR, who highlighted how crises redefine leadership.
“The last five years have reminded us that leadership is not tested in stability, but in disruption. Crises strip away titles and reveal character,” he said.
He stressed that while technology accelerates decision-making, it cannot replace ethical clarity, human presence, and trust-based leadership in an increasingly AI-driven world.
