Jamshedpur: In a vibrant celebration of National Youth Day, XITE College resonated with energy as students showcased their diverse talents during a dynamic Open Mic event. The highlight of the evening was the inspiring entrepreneurial journey shared by esteemed alumna Puja Kumari (Batch 2011-2014 of BBA), who left an indelible mark on the audience with her success story.
The event, judged by Dr. Pramod Kumar Singh and Prof. Susmita Choudhary Sen, featured Special Invitees Prof. Nishit Prasad Singh and Prof. Amit Chaturvedi, adding a layer of expertise and encouragement to the occasion. A total of 11 participants captivated the audience with their talents, contributing to a truly memorable celebration of youth and creativity.

Adding an entrepreneurial flair to the festivities, members of the IDEA Club—Anamika, Abhishek, and Ansh—presented innovative startup ideas, further emphasizing the spirit of innovation and enterprise at XITE.
The event was organized by Sarjan: The Literary Club of XITE and skillfully coordinated by Prof. Stuti Rag, Prof. Akinchan Xaxa, and Prof. Anjali Jha. The overwhelming support from Fr. Dr. Mukti Clarence and the ever-supportive Ashish Singh, Head of Branding and Communication, contributed to the event’s success. Prof. Shailesh Kumar Dubey and Naval Narayan Choudhary were also present, adding to the collective enthusiasm of the celebration.
