Woman Alleges Harassment and Denied Access to Children by In-Laws

Jamshedpur: Shweta Kumari, a resident of Sidhgora, lodged a complaint at the Sidgora police station on Saturday, accusing her in-laws, including her husband, of harassment for dowry and preventing her from meeting her two children.

Shweta had gone to her in-laws’ house in Baridih Shaktinagar to visit her children, but she claimed that her in-laws refused to allow her entry, closed the door, and created a commotion. issatisfied with the treatment, Shweta decided to take legal action against the alleged harassment and denial of access to her children. The police are expected to investigate the matter further.
