Will ensure maximum benefit of govt schemes to people: CM

Jamshedpur, Oct 13: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das who arrived here last night�participated in Kalash puja on the occasion of Navratri at Shitala Mandir in Bhalubasa.

Along with his wife and son Das performed rituals and prayed for the progress and prosperity of the State.��Senior BJP leader Kulwant Singh said that the Chief Minister performed rituals at the temple and also prayed for the well being of the people.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also went to Mango area of the city to express condolence on the death of a party activist Rajesh Kumar Singh who died recently. He also met party activist there.

Talking to the media he extended his best wishes, the CM said that�Durga�Puja�and Dussehra celebrate the triumph of truth over evil and the festivals inspire all to walk on the path of righteousness and forbearance. He exuded hope that the festivities would usher in peace, happiness and prosperity for all.

�Our Government is committed towards development of the State. We want to ensure that the people reap the benefits of Government schemes.

In these colourful festivals of Maa�Durga�and Lord Rama, let us pledge that the State reaches new height of progress,� noted�Das. Chief Minister arrived in the city on Monday evening and departed for Ranchi on Tuesday evening.
