Chaibasa, June 16: West Singhbhum deputy commissioner Abu Backer Sidhique and Singhbhum MP Laxamn Gilua inspected the Adarsh Gram development work being undertaken by various departments at Badasai and Raghunathpur villages on Thursday.
While reviewing of the work, the DC directed the concerned department to start the construction work Raghunathpur and Badasai and also took the stock of dress, uniform, scholarship and quality of education in the area.
He also asked the authorities of electricity and PHED departments to repair the transformers and supply the Kula water tank water to the local residents within 15 days.
People those who have not yet got houses under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna should get the consent passed by gram sabha. The DC also directed to the concerned authorities to facilitate 400 people to rear goats and the training should be arranged for those people. About 80 percent villagers have opened bank account and the remaining should be completed by October under the MANREGA scheme.
The DC advised the villagers if BDO does not listen to your complain then report to SDO if there is any problem in SDO level must bring to the notice of deputy commissioner. Singhbhum MP Gilua said that all the basic necessities should be fulfilled in all adarsh panchayat. All the district level offices accompanied the DC and MP during their visit.
