Jamshedpur, March 26: A voters� awareness campaign was launched in Bakulchanda village of Dumaria block on Tuesday. It was held under the Systematic Voters� Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) of Election Commission of India. On this occasion, district officials appealed to villagers to exercise their adult franchise to elect their choice MP and strengthen the democracy. Voters should also spread awareness on the importance of voting and elections, they said.
The officials said the campaign is being run in each and every village with the view to ensure optimum participation of voters.
