Jamshedpur, August 2: Hill Top School, Jamshedpur, marked the inauguration of its Golden Jubilee Year in grand style by hosting the much-awaited Art Wave 2K25, an inter-school art extravaganza that brought together the city’s creative young minds. Vivek Vidyalaya, Chhota Govindpur was crowned the Overall Champion, while St. Xavier’s English School, Chakradharpur secured the 1st Runner-up position among 22 participating schools.
The Golden Jubilee celebrations began on 2nd August 2025 at the school premises, with a special ceremony highlighting Hill Top School’s 50-year journey of excellence in education. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Satyajeet Mahanta, Secretary of the School Managing Committee. He was joined by Guest of Honour Mr. K.S. Joseph, former Principal of the school, and Rahul Thakur, Joint Secretary of the Managing Committee.

As part of the celebrations, the school hosted the Golden Jubilee Edition of Art Wave 2K25, an inter-school art fest that served as a powerful platform for artistic expression. A total of 231 participants from 22 schools competed in 13 different events, celebrating creativity and collaboration.
The judging panel featured six prominent artists from the city—Subodh Pandey, Nagesh Choudhury, Sumana Basack, Ashish Kar, Partha Bhattacharjee, and Pushplata Sinha—who evaluated performances across a wide range of artistic disciplines.
The event not only celebrated art in its various forms but also reflected the spirit of unity and inspiration. The Golden Jubilee year promises more such enriching activities as the school continues its journey of shaping future generations through education and creativity.
