Jadugora: UCIL Narwa Pahar Visthapit Evam Prabhavit Kalyan Samiti celebrated its first foundation day on Wednesday.
The committee president Rajendra Singh counted the achievements of the organization. He said that 12 displacement victims had got employment in the Narwa Uranium Project in the last one year. He said a water pipeline was also laid in the local villages under the CSR policy of UCIL.
Among those present on the occasion included Yuvraj Tudu, Dashmat Murmu, Dhaniram, Pitho Murmu, Sukurmuni Tudu, Gajia Hansda, Malti Hansda, Shivcharan Murmu and Jalim Mardi.
