Vishwakarma Puja celebrated in SAIL Gua

Gua, September 18: Vishwakarma Puja was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the SAIL Gua area. Under the directives of Chief General Manager Kamal Bhaskar, Lord Vishwakarma’s statues were installed across various locations. Workers showed immense enthusiasm during the Puja held at SAIL Gua’s size screen, motor winding section, civil office, store, mine area, and zero point.

Women, led by Mahila Samiti President, Smita Bhaskar, performed Puja at the Aashayein Handloom Center. Smita Bhaskar prayed for the well-being of all and emphasized the importance of safety in life, stating that it led to allround success. The pandal was attractively decorated by Ishwar Chattaraj, whose artistic talents were well-known throughout the mining area. Thousands of devotees visited the pandal in the evening to seek Lord Vishwakarma’s blessings, with Mahila Samiti’s involvement being particularly commendable.

The Puja arrangements at the size screen sub-station received high praise for exceptional organization, including the electrical setup and decorations across the Iron City Gua area. Chief General Manager Kamal Bhaskar, Deputy General Manager Niranjan Chaudhary, and Tarachand Malwa, among others, inspected the festivities at various locations.

Railway employees celebrated Vishwakarma Puja with great zeal at the Gua railway station under the supervision of the station master. After the Puja, prasad was distributed, and on Wednesday afternoon, a Khichdi Bhog was arranged for all visitors. Key attendees included railway employees Sudhir Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Narayan Sahu, Sunil Hessa, and others.
