Jamshedpur: In anticipation of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s one-day visit to the city on December 10, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and SSP Kishore Kaushal conducted a comprehensive assessment of the venue at XLRI School of Management. A meeting with senior officials and officers was convened to discuss and finalize preparations for the upcoming program.
Deputy Commissioner Bhajantri meticulously provided point-wise instructions to the concerned officers, emphasizing the importance of a seamless and secure event. The inspection of the program premises involved a detailed review by the Deputy Commissioner and SSP, encompassing aspects such as traffic management, evacuation protocols, security measures, law and order maintenance, as well as barricading and parking arrangements.
The officials present, including Sub-divisional Officer Dhalbhum Piyush Sinha, ASP City Sumit Aggarwal, and other key personnel, actively participated in the discussion. The Deputy Commissioner and SSP issued crucial directives related to the deployment of magistrates at the venue, formulation of a route chart, and ensuring smooth traffic flow during VIP movements.
Special attention was dedicated to guaranteeing the absence of any security lapses, with a focus on maintaining law and order throughout the Vice President’s visit. The event saw the presence of Sub-divisional Officer Dhalbhum Piyush Sinha, ADM Law and Order Rajiv Ranjan, DCLR Ravindra Gagrai, DTO Dhananjay, and representatives from XLRI.
As the city prepares to host the Vice President, these stringent measures and meticulous preparations aim to ensure the success and security of the program at XLRI School of Management.
