20 embrace amrit in Jamshedpur, urged to embrace Gurmat values

Jamshedpur: In commemoration of the 554th birth anniversary of the first Guru of Sikhs, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, a special Amrit Sanchar Camp was organized in Jamshedpur, where 20 Sikhs underwent the sacred ceremony and adorned themselves in the Khalsa form. The Amrit Sanchar event, held on Wednesday, was a collaborative effort between Akali Dal, Jamshedpur, and the Tuiladungari (Kalgidhar) Gurdwara Management Committee.
Under the vigilant supervision of Akali Dal’s Jathedar Giani Sukhdev Singh, Bhai Ravindra Singh, Bhai Ravindrapal Singh, Bhai Harjeet Singh, Bhai Pritpal Singh, and Bhai Gurdeep Singh (Granthi), along with Sevadar Gurdev Singh and Bhai Amritpal Singh, the administration of amrit paan was successfully carried out.
Taking the occasion to convey a profound message, members of Akali Dal addressed the newly initiated Sikhs, urging them to relinquish personal inclinations and embrace Gurmat principles in their lives. The importance of aligning with the teachings of Guru Sahib, as outlined in Guru Granth Sahib, was emphasized during the event.
The Amrit Sanchar Camp not only marked a spiritual milestone for the 20 individuals who embraced Amrit but also served as a platform for the promotion of Gurmat values within the Sikh community in Jamshedpur. The event encapsulated a harmonious blend of tradition, spirituality, and a collective commitment to the teachings of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
