Verdict in Gudda murder case on 15th May

Jamshedpur: The court of additional district judge (I) Shatrunjay Kumar will deliver its verdict in Asif Raza Khan alias Gudda murder case on 15th May. The Prosecution and defence counsels argued before the court on Thursday.

Asif Raza Khan alias Gudda, was murdered and later burnt in Bistupur police station area in 2008. His body was recovered after several days.

His uncle, Akeel, Ahmad Khan had lodged a case in this connection with the Bistupur police station. The accused were identified as Vishnu Mukhi, Holiya Mukhi, Khujali Ganesh, Putnu Mukhi, Sarfaraz and Kallu Ghosh.

One of the accused, Kallu Ghosh is no more while another of them Sarfaraz is being tried in the Juvenile Court. Putnu Mukhi, also an accused in this case, is absconding.
